You have a newerish 600 vacuum secondary 4160. Almost any Holley 4 barrel rebuild kit will have everything you need. Great carb.

7/16x24 instead of 3/8x32, used in the 50's/early 60's. Is there a supplier for new ones?

I had great success with a 750 on a mild 318. The one I used had annular boosters so I'm not sure if the same tune would apply. I tryed all kind of jets and squirters and found it ran best basically the way it came out of the box.

Incorrect ground.

Look on the driver side of the float bowl. Should be number in a circle. These are the published flow rates. bore size=cfm .98 = 190 1.01 = 240 1.02 = 245 1.08 = 287 1.14 = 300 1.21 = 351 1.23 = 356 1.33 = 424 Dang it Dan beat me to it.

440-3 truck/motorhome. Large primary bore, minimal emission bs. That would be a good one I think.

That is one of the coolest setups ever.

With the combo you have I vote Holley. If you get a good one there is no shortage of ways to dial it in, and a healthy 318 will eat the 670 up and want more.
