    Most informative ad Ever!

Let's see.... It's in Arizona so if they would list it as a one owner, one of one, and a barn find then it would be worth $100K right? Seems to me that if all the correct buzz words are in the ad the car automatically becomes priceless. ;)

    Perfect for a daily driver!

Good catch! The negatives have been on vehicles sold. Unless I was local I don't think I would gamble on it.

Appraised at $21,000. Must be the stripe.

The grill looks like aluminum soffit vents from Home Depot. That makes it a "custom" job.

    Rechrome bumper tri city

Okay :) I use a family run place in Austin, Texas which is near me. It's called Cen-Tex Plating.

    Rechrome bumper tri city

In my experience doing a rechrome has been better. The original bumpers seem thicker and the chrome shop I use is phenomenal and cheaper than an after market. They straighten and repair anything that needs to be done, remove all dings and dents, even rechrome the bolts. They strip everything...

    Bye bye gold membership

Rodzilla- "If you drink beer or smoke cigarettes you can afford to buy a membership, Joey isn't getting rich off this place." EXACTLY!!!! My gosh it costs about a dime a day. Drink one less soda a week and you cover the cost. This web site costs money to maintain. I have a non-profit and...

    Baking Headers

I never could get them very tender or to taste right. But seriously, The very best way to protect headers is to have them ceramic coated- inside and out. That being said I've had very good results using the VHT rattle cans.

    What? What!!!???

I agree! Seems everything is total junk when they are purchasing and 100% Unobtainium when selling. Oh well, may be someone out there that doesn't know any better.

    Transport???

What I have done in the past is to go on ebay and find a similar sized car in the vicinity of where you think you might purchase one and they have an automatic quote system on the listings. It will have 3-4 different companies and you enter your destination zip code. It will give you a fairly...

    Fastener help needed

Just bought a package of 100 of the push type retainers for the 1/2" hood hinge pins. If anybody else is needing any just let me know and I'll mail you four of them. It will be end of next week before I receive them.

    Fastener help needed

I need to locate the fastener that holds the hood hinge onto the pins. I have no idea what they are called so can't even do a search for them. The pic is of the pin I'm talking about. Thanks in advance!

    Self Made Battery Box

LOL. I know the feeling, when I got my first TIG machine I was welding things I had absolutely no use for at all. But it sure was fun. I especially enjoy the "no spatter" factor. Keep it up, look forward to seeing your oil pan.

Overpriced Used Parts for A bodies

I've found that patience is the key. And timing- I've bought a few things from guys on here that were real bargains just because I happened to be on the site when the item was first posted. I recently bought a 71 Swinger as a donor car for my 71 Demon build. I could not find a front bench...

Is there a nice chrome Gas cap for A-bodies?

From the thread it seems that 4mulaSvaliant is MIA. No activity since April and not responding to the thread he started. Wish he would show back up! :)

I know Mopar parts are expensive but really???

Is 15 bucks high for a used distributor?

    Back glass gasket

I've been pleased with JustMopar. Seems like a family run business and the owner is very knowledgeable. I'm doing my first Mopar build and he had every single peace of rubber, seals, gaskets, and so forth that I needed in stock. If nothing else you can use it as a price comparison.

What area in North America are you?

Texas Hill Country. Not many Mopar guys that I've come across around here, yet. Still hoping because I need all the help I can get!

Thanks! This is my first Mopar and I picked up the car really cheap so I decided to splurge a little. :)

Finally made a little progress today.....

Well I've been waiting on parts and tearing down the 71 Demon and 451 Stroker and today I finally got around to putting some stuff back together and adding some new things as well...... First pic is before removing anything.

Making a Dart Sport a Demon...

Seems like a great foundation to transform it into something really nice. Lots of room to play with- paint color, hood, etc. Just depends on how high it goes on price. Nice cruiser for sure.
