Ken I was all set to bring my ride up but I ran into a valve adjustment debacle and wont be up and running. We may still drive up to check it out.

I would love to go but my car has been at Sutton Engineering for 4 months and they don't seem to be in any rush to get it done. Kind of frustrating when you give them a fairly simple job that they claim to do all the time and 4 months later its not done.

Well......Sutton Engineering has had my car since the first week of November. One excuse after another and I still don't have my car back. I've been patient but now getting on my nerves. I call once a week and ask Ed how my paint job is coming.....LOL Even he thinks that's a funny one.

Yes he is doing all the work at his shop. Seems reasonably priced if it is done right. The cost for the brakes and axles alone would be around $1200.

I ended up sending the car to Sutton Engineering. Ed seems to really know his stuff and jumped right on the project. Here is what he planning. How does the price sound for parts and labor? 2k for the list below. Axles Housing Ends replaced/trimmed with new bearings and seals Wilwood brakes...

Sam has been very helpful but they dont warranty the finish if you break in an engine with them on. I beleive the Jet Hot Extreme Sterling will handle up to 1700 deg. It's $300 but sounds like the way to go unless someone tells me otherwise.

I have TTI headers with polished ceramic and the finish looks terrrible. The engine is out and I am going to recoat them. Any recomendations for a good company? Local would be nice. I called Jet-Hot and they want $300 before I pay for shipping. Seems a little pricey and thought I may be able to...

It's typical out here fin Southern California for high volume places to take your money and cut corners along the way. Everyone is so busy trying to pay the enormous cost of living that details get lost. Frustrating.

Best $100 a have spent on this car. He set -1 camber and I think 3-5 on the caster. Car drives better than ever. I need to take it back for recheck of toe because we had to reinstall idler arm and he said no charge for the recheck.

I dont remember any specific instructions on reinforcing the rear frame. My frame is solid no rust and I was surprised it split like a tin can. The fabrication and bracketry held up but I would say the bracketry should have more contact with the frame to lengthen the stresses. I also think...
