    Name that part (trim piece)

Nailed it. Very nice. I had been thinking Duster as well, but it didn't look quite right.

    Name that part (trim piece)

Anyone know what this is for? I believe it's a trunk trim panel for something. It snaps on, no studs on the back.

    Hemi Hood?

No such thing as a '69 Hemi Dart (not factory anyway). I think what you mean is the '68 Hemi Dart, pictured below. Check this thread out for some options: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=46131

    will this bumper fit?

Yes, a '71 Scamp is a Dart body with Duster front sheetmetal.
  5. wish4hemi

    NEW body side molding?

I would highly doubt it for the '72 Swinger and flat out say no for the '75 Valiant. Not much of an aftermarket for '75 Valiants. I would say you're going to have to go with a used set.

    72 Scamp rebuild

Here is a helpful hint from a fellow '72 Scamp owner. The front end sheetmetal is from a '72 Duster and from the doors back is '72 Dart. All of the parts you will need are either from a Dart or Duster, so there is a pretty vast aftermarket out there. And by the way, it's a slant six (instead of...

    quarter panel source

Same deal for a '68 'Cuda. I think I heard a while back Auto Metal Direct was going to try to start reproducing fastback 'Cuda full quarters, but who knows when they'll be available. Unless you're talking about a '68 Dart? AMD does make full quarters for them. What kind of "A Body 68" are you...

    quarter panel source

OEM style quarters are much easier to put on and finish, even though they are more expensive in the short term. If you're talking about a '67 'Cuda like the original poster is though, you don't have a choice. You'll have to get skins until somebody starts making OEM style quarters for them.

That is the Direct Connection style spoiler. Read this: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=85203

Not sure on the hole sizes, but here is a place for the white face speedo. http://www.whitegauges.net/

    would it look good?

Yeah, you might be right. I just hate to see Chevrolet stuff put on a Mopar. No harm intended to anybody, but it's like I said, anybody can have a Chevelle or Camaro with a cowl scoop. I always like Mopars because they are different. When most people see old Mopars they say "What is that?" or...

    would it look good?

Yep, if you want cowl induction go buy yourself a cookie cutter Chevelle or Camaro and be just like everybody else.

Show me your '72 Duster tail stripe

How is this? Nope, it's not mine.
  14. wish4hemi

    ..75 duster up grades........

Right on, forgot about that. V8W was the code used in earlier years for a tranverse stripe, so that's why I would say K8W is something similar. I'm not sure what it would look like for a '75 though. Here's what I would do as far as the wing and scoop go: find another good hood and trunk lid...

    74 Hood on a 73 swinger???

There wheel lip is also different. The lip on a Dart goes in, the lip on a Duster comes out. Compare the wheel lips on these two '73 fenders. The top is a Dart, the bottom is a Duster.

    ..75 duster up grades........

Why do you care so much about what we would do? It's your car. And it sounds like a pretty rare car at that. What was the fender tag code for the stripe? V7X I'm guessing? It might look something like this.

Lots of places. Year One, Paddock, Goodmark Industries, etc. Just search "1967 barracuda quarter".

    Can anyone ID this part?

I thought that's what it was too, but it has too many vertical bars. Also, the bars on the '68 Coronet piece don't touch at the top or bottom.

    Scoop Decision

I always liked the scoop on this fastback 'Cuda.
  20. wish4hemi

    Can you remove this easily?

You mean like a non-SE Charger? This is a '74 Rallye without the opera windows.
  21. wish4hemi

    inner fender swap

AMD's website says '67-'74, so I would say the '70 Dart pieces will fit.

    70-72 bumpers on a 73+ duster?

I think it has to do with the lower grille support. I just did the '73 front end to '72 front end swap on my Scamp. Fenders are the same between '72 and '73. '70-'71 had the recessed marker light. So all you need is a '70-'71 hood, bumper, bumper brackets, grille, and lower grille support. '69...

1971 Dodge Demon Plaid Vinyl Top

That is cool. The fender tag says it came with a regular Medium Green Metallic painted roof though (the GF3 on top of the other GF3). Must be something that was put on after Ma Mopar put it together?

    quarter panels for 72 dart

I would suggest the OEM style full quarters from Auto Metal Direct. They aren't cheap, but I think they are much easier to fit and finish compared to the patch panels that don't reach all the way up to the roof. They run about $1,000 a pair. Prices don't change a whole lot from manufacturer to...

Yep. Why not sell the Duster and get a Demon? Then you'll have the Dart grille with the look of a Duster.

anybody thought of having a tilt front end

Looks like it's on a free swivel. Then when the front end comes down it attaches with a couple of dzus fasteners. Found a few more pictures too.
