    What kind of overdrive tranny are you installing ? If it is a A500 or A518, there is no overdrive position, just an overdrive lockout switch. Some are on the end of the shifter and some are on the dash. On GM 700R4 and 200R4s there is an OD position and the junkyards are full of Camaros and...

    Very hard to change. Back cushion latches are welded to inner whell house. Parcel shelf is different Cross bracing is non-existant in fold down cars. Both cushions are different Etc, etc.

    Ever see a carpet layer knee-kicking the carpet onto the tack strips along the wall? Do it in really slo-mo to the front of the seat to disengage the hooks. When I get home I will post the latches.

    If I remember correctly, there should be a small plastic plug in the hole. I think it was for access to a screw on the glass regulator. ....it has been about 35 years.

    Barrier Paper

    The plastic was put on the doors and under the side windows to keep any water that hit the glass and ran down thru the 'cats whiskers' off the back of the interior trim panels.
