Hi everybody: I'm taking out the engine and transmission and was told that fluid shouldn't leak out the back of the transmission, a 904 in this case. I can get hold of a yoke for a 727 and I was wondering if that would fit on that 904 shaft to plug things up a bit. Thanks

Hi everybody: This is suppose to be a 3/8s bolt that holds the snubber on I'm told...but on this one it's not. The bolt starts but then stops after one 360' turn... it's too tight and the threads aren't damaged in the case. Did I get a hold of a weird one? Does anyone have any clue what size...

Hi everybody. Yes 3.91 gears with a 340 with 370 to 400 hp and a 727. The tires would be on 14 inch rims with stockish diameter so 27 inches I'm guessing about. Would it be to low geared for say going into town witch is at the most 20 miles.

Hi everybody. I'm wondering what gear set to buy, 323s or 355s They would be matched up to a 904 with a 340. I want to go 60 mph without screaming down the hyw but it would be nice to really get up to 60 mph fast. How many rpms would my motor be turning over with 355s at 60 mph? 2500-3000?

Is and 8 1/4 rearend strong enough for a 340 with about 320 hp. Not for racing but for poopin around the street with.

With a 69 Dart if you switch from a 904 to a 727 do you have to change the transmission mount?

What span of years of 727s a good to fit right in A bodies. Mine is a 69 Dart witch now has a 318 and a 904 witch wouldn't be too good for a 340.
