    Oops on the main cap torque

    I misread the torque spec for the main caps on the 318 we're building. I torqued them to 100 ft/lbs instead of 85. Should I back off and re-torque? Or just let it be? Or get new main bolts and re-do? Hard to imagine that just 15 extra ft/lb would stretch the bolt too much, but I'll defer...

    Hi all, I'm new to Mopar. Rebuilding a 318. I'm advised to get "302" casting cylinder heads. I like the idea. O'Reilly's Auto has rebuilt cylinder heads, Part # 2D31, that says they're either 302, 646 or 714 castings. I asked, and they won't let me specify that I want ONLY the 302...
