Is a Mallory Unilite a stand alone dist or does it use the mopar ecu? The diagram I have says to leave all wires that are now connected to the coil. Thanks Bruce

Can I wire a relay into the line to the blower to take the load off the ignition switch? The switch gets hot after running the a/c with the fan on high for extended periods. Thanks Bruce
