Yikes! What a mess. Looks like an aftermarket fuse block too. I'd get a new harness and be done with it.

While the repro harnesses are not cheap, it will fix a multitude of little issues. I had to replace mine, and I had a chance to pull the instrument cluster and fix some things while in there. No more issues!

Amazing as it sounds all lites blinkers 4-ways blower mtr and gauges work
