    Made a 3/8 pickup

I took the old pickup and cut the lines off, used a second pickup for a pattern and bent the 3/8 line and drilled out the sending unit and JB welded the line in. It helps having a second pickup to use. I had a new screen so I drilled it out to fit the 3/8. Quite a difference in the 2.

    Pesky vacuum leak

Finally found the vac leak, the older holley 600 I have has a inlet for air to the electric choke and the cap I had on it had a small rip. Starting fluid found it, kept spraying until I came across it. The motor has been stumbling on takeoff for a couple weeks, runs great now.

    Motorhome carb size?

Looking to replace the Q-jet on my motorhome. It has a 454 chev pulling 15,000 lbs. What size Holley would work best 750 or should I go bigger? Mileage is not a factor as it only gets 8-10 mpg now. I believe the Q-jet is 750. Thanks Bruce
