So I have me POS back together and lowered to the floor. Looks like I am just touching my lca bump stops so I need to go up some. The FSM says like 2-1/4" for the height, where is that measurement taken from???? Anyone have a dimension from the floor to the lca or something? Thanks

Has anyone used adjustable strut rods? I see ESPO has some for 140 a pair which is a lot less than I have seen elsewhere. Thinking this might help solve my problems.... I am guess they also allow you to tweak alignment after it's all together if needed also right?

My FSM shows 145 ft lbs torque for the lower control arm pins is this correct? Seems kind of high. Also, I cannot find a torque for the upper control arm cam bolt nuts anywhere, is there a recommended spec or should I just go with standard for a 1/2" bolt?

So I um lost a strut rod bushing washer in the K member yesterday and have not had luck fishing it out with a magnet as of yet. Are these things available anywhere? Been web searching but so far coming up a bust. It's for a 70 dart swinger. Thanks.

I've been looking for lower control arm poly bushings and the only company I can find that makes them is Prothane, I'd like to us PST or Energy Suspension but looks like a bust for lowers. Has anyone found any other than Prothane, and if you have used the Prothane how have they turned out? Thanks,
