Hello all,
I’m just wondering if there are any differences between the rear wire harness on ‘64 and ‘65 valiants. Mine is a 4-door non-convertible, not a wagon.

I recently refurbed the wiring in my 64 Valiant and 65 Dart. The 65 Dart has some tail-lights in the trunk lid, so splits off a harness there at the pivot, with two special loom supports which clip to the trunk lid bracket and arm. I don't know about 65 Valiants, but if they also have lamps in the lid then ditto. My refurb was to remove the friable woven loom, pull the wires thru solid plastic sheath or split loom, tapped the backup wire for a backup camera, changed to an aftermarket license plate lamp and cleaned terminals.

To answer your specific question about differences between '64 and '65 Valiant tail light harnesses. No differences and should be interchangeable without modifications.
