That is some badass housing!
I'm using a narrowed stock housing without any bracing, with 33 spline strange axles, with 1/2" screw-in studs.
But I'm lighter than you (only a couple hundred) and WAY less motor.
(The small bearing Ford axle ends limit the spline count to 33. The bigger stock bearing ends can use bigger, and the oversize ends can go bigger yet.)
