I have heard of some people recommending changing the stock 10.5" clutch and pressure plate and installing the larger 10.95" version when it was time to change the clutch. Is there any benefit in doing so and is it a straight bolt in or are mods required?

Thanks

You'll need the friction plate and larger pressure plate with proper bolts. From what I was told once, not all bell housings work. Not sure on that one, but I do beileve that they use the same flywheel.

Theres very little improvment on the larger unit and many many good parts are out there for the 10.5 that, IMO, the change over would be more of a headache than anything else.
