Click bait :) I get you were just playing around, but once you stroke sbm to 390-440+, It's basically a big block now and hard to give it under dog status, especially 318 under dog status.

Still, very nice car though.

basically a big block? except the low flow heads... small bore and criminally shrouded valves..... :)

Didn't say a great big block :) factory bbm wedge aren't known for there great ootb flow and also there is 900+ hp sbm heads available, but I get your point :)

I just find it weird when some get some kind of underdog satisfiction when say a stroker small block keeps up/beats a big block, when you built the short block to big block size and put a similar capable top end on it, why wouldn't it ?
