12 in wide tire 68 Barracuda

If I move my Springs inward can I fit a 12 in wide tire under my 68 barracuda without installing a 4 link ? I have a Ford 9 in that I am using

Yes, assuming you mean 12" section width. YOu can fit 13.1 section width under that car if you mini tub it, including moving the springs in.

Changing the type of rear suspension won't add to that. After you mini tub, the restriction is the frame rail

which rear end you use would only affect backspacing required

I had 12 inch wheels with 29x14.5 tires on a Duster . I did the Inboard kit ,mini tubbed with factory width rear. 12 inch wheels with 7 1/2 inch back space. A baracuda you would use a 10 inch with a 6 1/2 inch backspace. The bodies are narrower then a Duster/Demon

I'd double check your backspacing to be sure. I used a 10" wheel with 7.5 backspacing with my A body rear.
