13" wiper blades for '64 Dart?

Having a heck of a time finding replacements for these things... any suggestions?

I found a set at Carquest a couple of years ago and see them on eBay at times

For several years I have bought new refills that are similar to the old ones only longer, then take just the rubber from the new refill and trim off the bulky ends so it is the correct length and insert that in the stainless strip from the old wiper and put it back in the Anco Red Dot wiper assy. I'm not sure but it seems that I use the Anco 19-?" refill but it may be the wider version.
