I would get a new replacement one ...advanced auto can get them for as cheap as $100. and they can go as high as $450. for a fancy billet one from hayes.

do what you want but a used one.....hmmm....you never know what your getting and how much its been heated and used ....and a used one will be harder to determine what it has been weighted for if it has..

the best possible bet would be to get a new one and balance it to your crank......next best scenario is just get a new one and bolt it on and at least you know what it is and you will know the history of it.
