Im not real sure but they were on my 72 duster when I it got and my duster had beed converted over to bbp. I assume they just swapped the whole front end and rear

What do u mean they wont fit. They came off a bbp duster which would be 73 and up.

I bet when you take the tires off , you will find they are 5.5 .I have rally wheels galore, and only ran accross a couple of 6s, in over 35 years.
