do you know if these would work on a 74 dart swinger. I have 14's now.

Yes, if your Swinger 4 1/2" bolt pattern which it should be, they should fit fine. I am putting a set of the same wheels on my Barracuda, there are a couple I have extra.

The wheels are 14 inch , not 15 inch. A 14 measures 15 and a 15 measures 16, Also I can tell by the pic , it doesn't have the drop band.
All big bolt ralley wheels use the same center , 14 or 15 , differance is in the band of the wheel.
