1867 Barracuda Speedometer Problems

OK, so my Cuda's spedo isn't working. I looked under the dash and the cable was just undone. When I screwed it into the dash and started the car, it started jumping up and down and making noises (the speedometer, not the car :toothy10:)...

Where can I get the spedo fixed? (If that is the problem).

EDIT: DAMN IT! HAHA. WRONG DATE.
 
1867 Huh. I wasn't aware they started making them at that time haha. I couldn't resist lol.
 
cable could need to be lubed or it could be kinked. Also the speedo head could need lube too but my guess it is the cable.
 
I´ll try to grease it and re-connect it and see if this solves the problem.

Use powdered graphite to lube speedo cable. It'll flow lots better than petroleum grease. Hardware store or locksmiths should have it.
