1961 Lancer Fender Tag

Hi everyone,

Could you please help me deciphering the attached fender Tag? I found it on a 1961 Dodge Lancer I recently came across. He car has grey paint and red/white interior but I think neither is genuine. Also I would want to know which engine and which options are in it.

VIN is 7312362003.

Hi,
Sorry, it isn`t the best quality picture. Body is 732, which checks out as it is a 2dr coupe. So far so good. Trim is 231 - which is supposed to be blue. The interior is red though. So either it has been redone or the source telling me 231 should be blue is wrong. Paint code is DW4. According to the same source that should mean blue saddle colour on a white car. But again, I do not know whether that source is trustworthy. What I have found nothing on is the options codes line above. What is A1, S2, Y1 and Z1 supposed to tell me?
