1962 Dodge Lancer Leaf Springs?

Guess I should clarify a little bit, I don't plan on running the car that high I just like the "stance". probably will come down an 1 1/2 in front and back.

Without you holding a ruler I can't tell the exact measurements. The car looks like it has a 1.5" rake or so as it sits. It looks like it has 3.5-4" of air between the top of the tires and the sheetmetal. The rear tire look about 2+ inches out past the edge of the quarters. If the rear tires fit right I think you could keep your rake (which looks good) and drop the car a modest 3-4". With the right shocks you'd probably have a nice ride at that point and I'd bet the handling would improve a bit.
