Was working when pulled and stored away several years ago. Not sure how to test it so I can't gaurantee if it works now. Sold As Is.

Not sure which pins your referring too but does this pic help?

Pins refer to the cluster of pins that the wiring plugs into, it is a main connection of the cluster.?your item appears to have broken/ missing pins which needs repair to make your unit functional. That is if the gauges are any good, which they might not be since the pins are broken. Lawrence
