Can anyone tell me if the static (at rest) brake pedal height is different between the 1965 Valiant manual brake and power brake models? My convertible has manual brakes and the pedal at rest is one or two inches higher than the accelerator pedal which I am comfortable with. However the same year Valiant (Barracuda) with power brakes has the static brake pedal height about even with the accelerator pedal and when I apply the brakes the pedal almost goes to the floor. And there is no air in the brake system, regardless I am talking about the pedal height BEFORE I step on the pedal. Please help!
