1965 Barracuda?

I am going to be buying a 65 Barracuda with a /6 and 904 trans.
Did any come out in 65 with a Super Six?

I don't think so, just a standard 225 or 170. Super Six was introduced later?

They were called "Super 225" and "Charger 225" (Plymouth and Dodge respectively) but they were still 1bbl engines. The true Super Six 2bbl. didn't start until '77.

Not that I know of. Chances are the original cam is long gone anyway......
