Are replacement front or rear inner fenders available?

If not, what can be done?

I think your options are NOS (if you can find any) or good used. Post a Want Ad for what you need. I think member Lee Robinson had some fronts for sale. For sure 64-66 A Bodies are the same so that can narrow your search some.

Grab Lee's. Price is up to him, but the NOS one I saw on Ebay was $600 a side. Yeah, OK....! Whats up with yours?

as for what could be done: Get yourself a sheet metal brake and some 18G metal and bend up your own. There is a pocket youll need to figure out where the alternator fits and a stretch down where the suspension is. Use heavy posterboard to mock something up and then cut and bend. A fab shop may bend it up for you if you take them the pattern and tell them the bend radii. Get the car LEVEL on 6 jack stands before you start welding them in. My last spot weld in front popped pretty good when I drilled it out meaning it was under some tension.
