1965 Dodge Dart Gasser

I traded for this car 6 months ago or so... It was a Dart GT 273 4 speed, it will have a 360 tunnel ram dual quads and 4 speed. I will try to find some pics of what I started with... I am a B-Body guy at heart, but this little car is gonna be fun.

WoW!!! love it. Is that a speedway front end? I am planning on doing my 64 as a gasser but time and money are against me lol Did you box the frame for the straight axle? Use the stock K member? Hard to see in the pics. Could yo maybe add a few of the front end install? I want to include some of my pics but I don't know how on this site lol

I'm almost 2 yrs. into my build 64 dart A100 straight axle 496 RB 727, Dana 60, 456 gears. Will post pics soon. It will be drivable this year but not painted. I'm running a complete Cal-tracs set up. I had the car level until I installed the Batteries in the trunk. Now the rear of the car is 2 inches lower. The batteries weigh 65 pounds each,16 gal gas,100 pounds, Jaz fuel cell weighs 35 pounds. Total add weight in trunk 265 pounds. I'm using CJ5 Front springs so the front end should lift like the stock suspension does! If I get the front springs write.ops:
