If you are looking for new, I would call Tri-City Plating out of Tennessee, they may have a couple in stock!
 
I have one of each. They were replayed (cheaply by the place out in California a few years ago. Got the pair new for $500 and shipping. Rust coming out on the now on the tops. Not sure what they are worth. I am in PA. Not sure how to ship them.
