Hello Dew - Thanks for the photos. Looks like yours is in better shape than mine. Your lower hose is on the driver's side (my lower hose is passenger side.) But the dimensions look the same. wondering if I can take yours to a shop relocate the lower hose mount (maybe weld closed the existing lower hose and install an inlet on the passenger side?) I'm 5 hours from you and don't mind the drive to pick it up. Thoughts? lmk. thx.

Since you don't know the condition of the radiator, I would suggest you have a radiator shop swap lower tanks and have it rodded out and pressure tested at that time.

You can fix the lower hose side but I don’t know a radiator shop in the area. I have family in Florida I deal with

Thanks for the info (and thanks to Cudamark also) - Great to know that it's possible to change out the lower tank and fix the hose to the other side (relocated to the passenger side). I've got a radiator shop here in Longview that can do the work for me. I think it's worth a shot to restore this and get it back in action. If Ok, please contact me at to work out the details and arrange timing for my trip to come pick-up. Thanks again.
