I am selling a 1966 Dodge Dart 270 Convertible.
This car is factory equipped with the 273 HiPo 235 HP solid lifter engine and automatic transmission. The car also has 10" brakes, 14" deep dish wheels and a factory 8 3/4 rear end.
This is the SUPER RARE "Mauve" Color (Rose Pink).
The car had been sitting in a garage since 2007 (the fuel pump had failed) when I got it last year. I replaced the fuel pump, flushed the lines and it runs fine. It will yard drive but the tires are old and the brakes should be gone through before it is considered roadworthy.
The engine starts with the key and most things work (even the radio).The power top goes up and down fine with the dash switch. The top frame looks very nice but of course the canvas needs replaced.
This was a Colorado car originally and is very clean underneath. There is NO RUST PITTING OR SCALING underneath and the rockers look excellent.
The floors were patched and are fine for a driver. The lower quarters had small patch panels made just behind the wheelwells and the quarter extensions will need replaced.
The frame rails, firewall, doors, fenders, hood are all super solid but the trunk lid as a little rust on the rear lip.
