I don think so, but they should be pretty easy to make

I don't believe anyone makes them. I heard the 1967 and newer ones are very similar. The space inside the trunk between the extension and the inside of the quarter is small. Pretty hard to see if they were hand made unless you look from underneath. They make 1/4 patches and trunk floors. Too bad they don't make the extensions.
