You might find a small block/auto driver for that kind of $money.
But if you want a rust free 4 speed car you will have to add a bunch more $money.

I expect to buy a project. These cars now needing nothing or very little are in the $40K range or more. I do my own restoring, I just don't want to do lots of frame rail and pan work anymore. A decent driver that can be worked on at the same time.

OK, well then, I could sell you my 68fb. the rear wheel wells are gone, and the lowest portions of the trunk extensions. Otherwise it's pretty solid, if a lil beat up.
