Ordered new parts off Classic Industries and the ends are flared so they don't align linearly with the tail light assemblies. Hoping someone has close to "good as new" undamaged or a mildly "toolable" pair for my refurb vendor to prep for chroming.

We do not need the middle panel piece, as another FABO member provided me a mint one prior.

Used uppers can be found from time to time. Good lowers are extremely scarce and go for real money. The lower strips were much more vulnerable to parking taps. Good luck.

The reproductions are the same top to bottom, and you have to know what your looking at to tell top to bottom. If you are in a bind 2 top mouldings work just fine. I had a few sets of all three original mouldings but have sold them. I will take a look to see if I can find you another.

There is a reason for that. Back when Joel from Metro Parts first decided to repop the trim pieces, he arbitrarily chose the best piece he could find as the pattern, which happened to be a lower piece. At the time it was widely thought that the upper and lower were the same. I showed him my car and the differences, but he had already started repopping them, so he just let it go. Lucky for him he chose the lower, as that was the piece in high demand at the time. Good lowers back then we’re selling in the $400 range, I found one in a pile of trim at the nationals for $5 and snapped it up.
