You don’t know me
This is a really clean southwest car. Been in California and Arizona it’s whole life. I was going to make a winter driver out of it, but I have another car that is almost finished I need to concentrate on. This is a factory 318, 727 auto, power steering, manual drum brakes and 8 3/4 rear end car. The engine runs with an auxiliary gas can. Sounds good and tight. However, the whole fuel system needs to be cleaned out along with all the other basic things to make it a reliable driver. Original Radiator was stolen but I have a replacement for it. I have new hoses for it too.
The body is nice and straight. Was originally a white car but it was painted this silver color many years ago. Only rust is the trunk lid and right lower quarter. Interior floors have some surface rust but no holes or weak spots. Trunk floor is nice. Underside of the car is clean too. Remember, southwest car. We don’t have harsh cold conditions or major rust issues.
The interior is red and complete but it’s pretty baked. The front seat needs reupholstered, dash is cracked, needs carpet and headliner too. Back seat is okay. Door panels are decent too. All arm rests are good.
All the glass is good and all the trim is there as well. Grille is in really nice shape. Bumpers are straight but have surface rust from the chrome being thin. They do look a little shabby. Tail light lenses are broke but I’ll include a NOS pair I have for it. No, I won’t sell them separately.
