1967 Dart Gt Build Card

I'm at work right now but can help you.

In a nut shell, each punch represents the number to the far right for the column it is in.
The first 8 punches are 32704016 aka the shipping order number.

First digit is scheduled production month (3)

Next 2 are day (27)

Next 5 are seq number (04016)

On your trunk rail you should find

7232704016 stamped in.

7 is year
2 is Hamtramic plant
The reast is as above.

By the way your convert is the only other DD1 Car I have ever seen

Mine is also a 67 GT Convertible built about a month and a half before yours.

Search FABO for IBM card and my handle there is a tone of info.

The punches in the top 2/3 rows indicate a letter of the alphabet based on the number below it.
Column 29 30 31

Has the top most hole punched and then the punch below it is a 4 D is the 4th letter in the alphabet.

Google " IBM punch card decoding"

Look for the gen5.info result and click on the link
