1967 Dodge Dart convert to Modern a Little Reality help needed

What do yall think? Is replacing the entire suspension necessary for a good ride or will the stock suspension be OK if I replace all the necessary parts, bushing, shocks, etc..? Cause a lot of my cost estimate is about $12K for a full suspension kit from RMS or QA1, that's not including brakes and rotors. I would replace the rotors and brakes anyway so it's new disc brakes all around.

you can make a car handle very well and ride quite nicely with upgraded stock components and a few trick parts thrown in. getting there isn't going to be significantly cheaper, but it won't be full boat.

there was just a discussion about this with a cost break down between the systems.
