Be lucky to hit $3500. Salvage title and missing big $$ stuff.
I'm looking at it as $1500.00.

A lot of the Ebay sellers are Dreamers.
I have been high bid numerous times and never
bought anything. Even a couple of times when I
was high bidder and reserve was met and well over.
I have had them tell me "My attorney says that I
do not have to honor E bay ad".
I have several Attorneys on Retainer for my Private
Capital Trust and our Real Estate Business but it is not economically
feasible to pursue litigation on even a $50,000 car.
I do not even bid on E Bay Cars anymore = Period end!

I've had it go both ways with EBAY cars. I saw 2 that were totally fictitious ads...both a body Mopars. One 66 vinyl top Barracuda that actually belonged to a member here and a somewhat famous 69 Formula S convertible were both listed by a scammer who did not own the cars. I also had a couple of good experiences with EBAY cars. I bought a 67 Formula S car from a fireman in St. Louis who turned out to be a member here and still buy things from him at the Indianapolis swap meet. I bought a pretty nice 1965 commando 4 speed car from a collector that needed funds to buy a horse farm. What sold me was this guy had Shelby Mustangs and a couple of really nice B Bodies but this little Barracuda was his daily driver. I bought it in the last 30 seconds of the auction, and it was in my driveway a couple of weeks later. Very smooth transaction and shipping. This is the car I taught my daughters and my favorite local bar tender how to drive 3 pedal cars with. If it could make it through those 3 driver's ed classes, it had to be a good car. LOL

What a crackhead. Half his BIN would be wildly generous in my book. More like 1-2K or so.

this falls squarely in a "what if" category.
what if it had a 8.75 out back and good suspension and brakes? that moves the needle
what if you had a motor and transmission? that moves the needle
what if you had a 30yr collection of various a body detritus holding down your shop floor? that *really* moves the needle
what if you had a donor that was rusty? that's where it's at.
i still think the BIN is much high, but i certainly can see this moving at half the price for the right person with the right circumstances.

yep...it has good bones. The bucket seats and partial add on air are a nice plus. The rims and tires look good. It looks like it was once a pretty nice car that had a lot of money thrown at it until it was vandalized. The custom door cards, carpet, steering wheel and what's left of the dash looks like it had a nicely furbished interior as well. The body gaps were pretty well done. Someone had some pretty serious coin in this car before it got hacked. If a guy had a good parts car like hero noted it would be on!
