Hello. I am having a tough time locating the proper upper & lower rad hoses for my 67 Barracuda fastback 383 . I have been to every website I can think of & the only listing is for 68/69. 67 is not listed. Anyone know where I can find these? I am not interested in an aftermarket flex hose. Thank you.

Pictures of my Wife's. No number on top, but lower has SRQM43 on it branded into it and printed 14016A

And I just googled both number and came up empty unfortunately !!

Anyone know what the difference would be with the same motor in a '68 or '69 A body? Different radiator in '69?

I figure there was so few 383 Barracudas in '67 there just isn't a generic listing for them.

Agree #4. Order '68/'69, if you go to the parts store, you can usually look at a picture of it. Should be able to tell from that.

The 68/68 number is most likely it. The number is just 2 off the the lower hose used in 67.
If you have a broadcast sheet for a 67 a-body 383 car it would be on there.

I have one of each A-Body 383 radiator for 67, 68, and 69 and can not find a difference in the openings in the upper and lower tanks, so the 68-69 should work. I do know the shroud is different for 67 though...

I ordered 68 hoses for my 67, had to trim the upper hose a few inches.

Gates 20386 is one of them.

Continental 60662 for upper and Continental 60659 lower hose available on Rock Auto. These are nice looking hoses.

A general fyi I have found for 67 cars, they seem to be the lost or missing link between the 2 generations (speaking Barracuda here, but true for other models and the same year Dart).

Little to nothing is listed for the 67, yet there is little to no difference in replacement parts.
Looking under a 67 returned nothing, yet under a 68 would return everything.

I find the same is true for my 62 Dart, little to nothing available, but if I just change the search to 62 Plymouth Belvedere/Fury all of a sudden everything, or much more, is available.

Thanks for the info everyone. I saw an earlier thread mentioned the 67 fan shroud is different? I need one of those as well . My 22 inch rad looks no different than any other 67-69 out there. What am I missing that would make 67 unique? Thank you.

1 year only part# so hard to find and expensive.
Once again, if you really want a stock or repro shroud, a 68 will fit.

In my 67 383 a-body, I have the factory bb radiator, Hayden 2947 low profile fan clutch, Derale 18" fan, 180 stat, no shroud, no room for a shroud really, zero temp issues.

Hayden clutch and the Derale fan are a great readily available combo.

Great thanks. Yes a stock appearance shroud is what I am after so I will go with the 68. The car has the original fan & spacer so I will keep everything stock. Thank you.
