Have a member asking me if this set of exhaust manifolds would fit in his duster, 72 I believe he said.
I would honestly think they would fit his 273 and stay out of his inner parts, does any one have an idea?

Thank you all very much

Those are factory 72 manifolds, they will fit any LA engine and should fit his engine and chassis Just to be safe, what are the casting numbers?

They will bolt on, but are they for a 318 and down or 340 and up?

2843953 67-72 273 318 all body styles, 2951123 70-71 A-body 318 I don't see one specifically for a 72 but it should be the same...

memike,
thank you. i really appreciate you going through the trouble to put this out there.
i think the only other question i may have is:
are there any physical differences between automatic and manual applications?

72 Duster 273/4-speed

thanks to all who have replied to memike.

Make sure sure whatever you use that your exhaust gaskets are correct for the head and manifolds, the port sizes for the 273/318 and 340/360 are different. That is why the correct manifold is important.

No, no difference between automatic and standard shift cars . And these manifolds will indeed be a good add to a 273 4 barrel engine
