Fasteners would be nice but not a deal breaker.

Are you sure the bracket looks like that? I'm looking for one for my '71 and have found that the bracket differs on the year, style of radio (AM, AMFM, AMFM Casette, etc.), and option code of radio. And to cloudy the waters more, the factory used different radio suppliers to fulfill their orders, so although the option code was the same, the radio bodies and brackets differed.
