1968 904 auto box pump gears

Hi , can somebody tell me if the oil pump gears in a 904 auto box are the same as a 727, and a good supplier. thanks Richard.

The pumps last a Bazzilion miles,unless you break the drive lugs off.
Or trash goes thru them. Even then they make plenty of pressure into an uncompromised tranny.

Yep. unless they are galled up, all you need to do is check them for clearances and re use them.

thanks fellas, this box was taken off an engine with way too much crankshaft end float and actually broke the lugs off as you've commented. any body got some good used pump gears for a 904.

Considering the price of a new set of gears is only about $30 why would you want to put in used gears?
