Clearly a 68 "A" body 383 block.

Interesting that it does not have an HP stamp on the pad at the dizzy. Are there any numbers on the pan rail near the starter?

I know 68 was "supposedly SO number stamps on the block, but that sure looks like a 68 VIN for a fish!

Like I said no 68 Dart or Barracuda 383 engine were stamped HP on the pad
only 300 horse power HP engines 330 and 335
