looking to buy 1968 barracuda notchback. Running or not. Complete or body only. Will pay cash. Thanks
rlcbit- How about a 1969 notchback w/ a 383 motor swap already completed, auto trans, Schumacher swap kit and headers, fresh dual exhaust w/ solenoid valves to uncork at flip of switch, line lock installed. Fresh Holley 4bbl. California is far away, but this car is worth the cost of transportation. $2,750.

Richard- Rust on body is minor, it will need small patch panels on front fenders behind wheel well. Also needs small patch panels just forward of rear wheel wells. No rust through holes in trunk, and none in floors, as I recall. (I have had the project for 20+ years, and started the engine swap 15 years ago when I acquired a 1969 Dodge D100 truck with a low mileage 383 and auto.) Have not touched it in last fifteen years, however, I had it stored both inside and outside my warehouse the entire time. Hollister, California is a very dry area, not that much rain due to drought in California.

Then, 15 years ago, I bought a 1999 996 Porsche Carrera 4 AWD as my daily driver. It was such a blast to drive that I lost all interest in finishing my project cars, including the 'Cuda, and a 1970 Ford Ranchero 500 with a 429 factory big block. Now that I am retired (attorney), I have concluded that I will never finish the projects at the warehouse, and need to sell them to others to finish. I will send more pictures later, as Christmas dinner is being served at my Son's house in Stafford, Va, where I am visiting for the holiday.

I understand your concerns about not seeing the car yourself, however, I think we can overcome the distance with both video and photos, and even have a local body shop owner inspect and report to you. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Scott Schroeder ('lickwadater') ( And Yes I have the grill inserts).
