No its a tiny fish about half the size of a fender fish, no circle ....1 stud 1 small nub on back

where were you guys when i needed mine?

i ended up finding a fish hood emblem and just cut off the circle around the fish and it worked and fit perfect.

fYI....

CUT IT AND POLISHED IT and you couldnt even tell .... -_-
