1968 Cuda driver side vent window removal

Hi everyone

I have another issue with this car, I am trying to remove the rear vent window with a damaged regulator so the window is suck in the up Position.
My question is how do i remove the window stuck in the up position.
I am so frustrated with this car I just want to smash the window to get it old
Please help

unbolt the regulator, the bolt(s) are above and below the crank
