will a 1968 barracuda hood fit a 69 barracuda, i like the 68 hood with the inserts and from what ive seen it wasnt available for the 69 year, will the 68 fit ok on a 69?

It will if you want to change the header panel as well. Slight design change in 69. 67-8 will interchange, 69 will interchange with 73 Dart hood

Before changing the header panel, keep in mind that 69 grille assemblies will also be needed. 68 or 67 grilles will not fit in the 69 header panel.

You have to change all 4 parts.....hood, header panel, left grill, right grill.
NO he wants to go FROM '69 TO '68

I stand corrected. (where's my glasses!!) Same issue, the 69 Grilles will not fit in the 68 header panel.

Most of the later '73-'76 Dart hoods have crumple zones in the under frame and look terrible to me to see a '69 Bcuda at a show and have the later hood!!! JMO :glasses7:...........LOVE that BLACK NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
