[SOLD] 1969 Barracuda notch

This is probably best used as a parts car. First off, it has zero suspension components or K member. The car is on bolt on dollies so it does roll around. The body is not horrible but it does have some rust in the lower quarter panels and under the battery. The fenders, doors, trunk lid, roof, floors, all other metal is in pretty good shape. The rear window and trim is in the trunk. That trim is like $500 by itself. The complete dash is laying in the car (not bolted in place, it’s loose), along with other miscellaneous pieces of trim. No front seats, back seat is there. I have the car in storage about 30 miles away from me. The car does NOT have a title! That’s why I say it’s probably best used as a parts car.

Well for starters it's a 69. And seconds, that shell is in waaaay better shape than the one I'm stitching back together. Ya wanna see what a parts car looks like?? Go visit my thread 67/68/69 cuda dilemma on about page 18 and read on from there.

What you got looks like a solid shell for a rebuilder. A little rot on the bottom lol dont make me laugh. Again take a look at the effed up **** I'm repairing.

Maybe RSie on here would like the whole shell since his 69 notch is in even worse shape than the one I'm working on.

That ain't no parts car. If the vin is on the dash, and the last 8 match the body numbers, that's a rebuildable shell. All you need is another one that's rotted beyond belief that has the other needed parts. Suspension is nothing. Any 67-76 A body K frame and suspension will fit it. Windshield is the same as dart hardtop 67-72. Vent windows and window regulators dart 68-72. Ditto for door handles. Heck it looks like this car has repop quarter skins laying inside. Although by looking at it, it looks like only lower patches are needed on the original skins.

Lol. Again go look at my build thread 67/68/69 cuda dilemma starting around page 18. If this shell popped up 4 years ago, this is what I would started with. Would be a shame to cut this up.

I’ve built worse myself. Most people these days are super fickle and don’t possess the talent, skills, patience etc to build this. To be honest, I don’t care what happens to it after it leaves my possession. It has a dash vin and fender tag.

Think your like the 4th person to ask about that piece. If I parted this car, I’d make more than the asking price! I just don’t have time or the place to do it.

That fine it's all good. I have 1 of these for my 67. I suppose I can use it as a chinese blueprint and fabricate a second one from scratch for my sons car. I seem to be having to make almost everything I need for it as it is lately.
