1969 Dart bulge hood engine callout replacement decals

I am considering putting a bulge hood on my 69 Dart and would like to know how you would go about swapping out the engine callout emblems in the chrome hood inserts. The inserts I am looking at currently have 340 decals in them that I would need to replace. Do they come apart fairly easily to swap new decals in?

they are just in there with double sided tape
