1969 Dart Console Switch? What is this?

I used a standard lighter socket in mine, available at just about any parts store "help" section. Plug in your charger of choice.
If an actual USB charger port fails, more hassle to change it.

I believe that was a special order feature on that model, it’s for the passenger side ejection seat.
